Your business keeps evolving. Does your security technology?

Locking system, alarm, reception: everything worked at handover. Since then came new staff, new keys, new habits. Whether files, data and cash are still protected the way it was meant to be is only shown by someone who actually wants to get in.

That is what we do. We take an intruder’s route from the waiting area to the IT cabinet and find the inconspicuous spots where everyday oversights undo your measures. That puts your security to the test today and leaves you time to fix things.

Thinking about investing in locks, an alarm or access control? Then the review is your baseline. It shows where your money has the greatest effect and where a new habit is enough.

Upper floor, a workstation behind the window. Readable through the glass, here captured by drone: a note with a login password is stuck to the monitor.

Key left in an exterior door from the inside

The key is left in the lock from the inside and the cylinder has no copy protection. The door is solid and undone by an everyday oversight.

The server room door stood open during working hours. During the day the protection of the central systems depends on this one door.

Due diligence you can show

Patients, clients and customers entrust you with sensitive data, and the GDPR expects technical and organisational measures that fit together. A documented report on your physical security shows the supervisory authority, your insurer and your professional body in black and white that you take this side of your duty of care seriously.

What we look at:

  • Entrance, waiting area or sales floor
  • Files, stock, cash and sensitive printouts at the workplace
  • IT cabinet, backup drives and network sockets
  • Back entrances, delivery access and outdoor areas
  • Keys, codes and access rights: does your list match reality?

Entrance & visitor flow

Reception, waiting area, sales floor, visitor badges. We test whether your visitor handling works in practice the way it was meant to.

Assets at the workplace

Files, stock, cash, open drawers, printers with forgotten printouts, unlocked screens. This is where your duty of care becomes visible day to day.

IT and technical area

IT cabinet, backup drives, patch cabinet, network sockets. We test whether access to your data is protected the way you expect.

Thank you!

We'll get back to you shortly.

Three scopes, one baseline. Every review covers the same focus areas, the spots most often overlooked in daily operations. What differs between packages is scope and depth. We settle the right scope together in the first call.

For orientation: which package fits you?

Who tests

We bring 19 years of IT experience from automotive, finance and healthcare, more than four of them as certified penetration testers (OSCP, OSWE, OSEP). From the first call to the debrief you have one contact person.
We know the routes intruders take into buildings because we have learned them: trained by the Covert Access Team. We test rooms and IT together and show where a path leads from the back entrance to your data.

A report that holds up as evidence

You receive an independent, photo-backed report of the attack paths in your premises, prioritized by impact and with concrete recommendations on what to close first. It recommends what helps you most, regardless of who implements it.

GDPR and due diligence. The report is one building block for showing the supervisory authority, your insurer and your professional body that the physical side of your duty of care has been tested.

Confidentiality from day one. Every review begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Observations, photos and reports are stored encrypted.

In 30 minutes you will know whether a review makes sense for you.

We listen to how your business works and what would hurt it most. The call is free and without obligation. Call +49 3683 6539040 or book a slot.
